# STEP 6. 세금계산서 발행 후 결제취소

세금계산서 발행완료 후 취소건 발생 시 **'결제취소요청'**을 통해 결제취소 가능합니다.

\*수정세금계산서 발행 : 기존 발행처 (국세청 및 세금계산서 발행서비스 등) 

정산금 입금 완료 된 내역에 대해서는 반납계좌로 정산금 반납 후 **결제취소** 및 **부분 결제취소**가 가능합니다. 

(참고) 세금계산서 발행 전 내역은 K비대면바우처플랫폼에서 수요기업이 결제취소 가능합니다.

## CASE. 1 정산금 입금 전 결제취소요청

1\. 결제취소요청 대상 선택 후 '결제취소요청' 버튼을 선택합니다.

2\. 취소요청사유를 간략하게 입력합니다.

3\. 수정세금계산서 파일을 첨부합니다. (jpg, jpeg, jpe, png, gif, pdf)

4\. '결제취소요청' 버튼을 선택하면 결제취소요청이 완료됩니다.

5\. 관리자 승인 완료 시 취소처리 완료됩니다.

1\. 부분취소금액의 **수정세금계산서**를 발행합니다.

2\. **제로페이 고객센터(1670-0582)**로 연락하여 부분 결제취소 신청을 합니다. 

3\. 부분취소 대금을 **반납요청서에 적힌 계좌로 반납**합니다.(한국간편결제진흥원 반납계좌)

4\. 반납요청금액을 **반납계좌로 반납 후 관리자 승인 완료** 시 취소처리 완료됩니다.
